Salary:                                                                          150,000 CNY – 175,000 CNY

Job role:                                                                       Manage P+L to successfully grow business in a failing country (China), be responsible for, winning new business, organising contractors and represent the company in China.

Reason for Job Opening:                                   Current managing director is failing in China and my client can anticipate him leaving the country in around 3 months.

A Multinational Engineering Consultancy service provider for the pharmaceutical industry. Providing specialist engineers in the fields of; Validation, Commissioning, Project management, Automation and more.

Candidate Requirements

• 15-25 years progressive experience in GMP engineering services and/or consulting
• Senior leader with strong strategic acumen, P&L responsibility and documented business growth
• Significant (5-10 years) experience in Asia, particularly China
• Preferably Chinese national with experience in Western firms
• If not Chinese national, needs to speak fluent Mandarin
• Very strong contacts, a strong reputation, and a book of business with multinationals.
