Step into an exciting opportunity with a leading oil and gas company as a Senior Scientist. In this dynamic role, you'll lead the interpretation of gas production rates from multiple perforated zones and formations using state-of-the-art tools like Emeraude and Techlog. Your work will involve detailed PLT analysis, creating intricate multi-track displays, and generating comprehensive reports. You'll also engage frequently with customers, providing expert insights and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct advanced conceptual and theoretical activities in geology, geography, geophysics, and geomorphology.
• Expertly interpret cased hole gas well PLTs, guiding strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with business unit members to plan and execute technical activities.
• Communicate effectively with your team and supervisors.
• Present project status and interpretation quality to internal teams.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related Oil & Gas field.
• Over 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in PLT log interpretation.
• Expertise in Middle East PLT interpretation, particularly gas wells.
• Proficiency in cased hole logging interpretation and software (Emeraude and Techlog).
• Strong skills in Excel and other MS software.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve complex problems.
