Project Development Manager - Solar (New Jersey)

Leap29 have a fantastic opportunity which is available as Project Development Manager for Utility Scale Solar farms across the PJM region, in which the position will be based from New Jersey.

Main responsibilities:

• Originate and develop utility-scale solar farm opportunities from identification through to development phase.
• Experience in identifying sites and meeting landowners
• Permitting experience
• 3+ years minimum of Solar project development experience
• Experience interacting with Transmission & Distribution ISO/RTO for interconnection
• Experience with Environmental aspects
• Assisting with engineering and technical staff for grid connection
• Supports on project due diligence processes and project acquisition closings.

Requirements:

• PJM region project experience
• 3+ years of solar project development experience
• BSc. Degree in Engineering, Finance, or related fields. Specialized
• Must be willing to base from New Jersey as well as travel to meet landowners
