Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workover Supervisor to join our client’s offshore operations in Oman. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and executing workover activities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to project objectives. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise workover operations on offshore platforms, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
• Coordinate with rig crews, service contractors, and third-party vendors to execute workover plans effectively and efficiently.
• Utilize extensive fishing experience to troubleshoot and resolve downhole equipment issues, including stuck pipe, packer retrieval, and casing repairs.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize operational risks and downtime.
• Provide technical guidance and support to rig crews and junior personnel, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory, operational activities, and expenditure, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 10 years of experience within a workover operations discipline.
• Valid Offshore certificates.
• Demonstrable offshore operation experience within the UAE.
• Notable fishing experience.
• Available at short notice.
