Construction Project Manager - C&I Solar (Italy)

 

Leap29 are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Construction Project Manager to lead efforts in the Italian renewable energy market, specifically focusing on Commercial and Industrial (C&I) solar projects.

My client is a prominent player in the energy transition, dedicated to driving sustainable solutions across Europe and globally. They specialise in innovative renewable energy projects, with a strong focus on C&I and energy efficiency initiatives.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive plans for the construction of commercial and industrial solar projects in the Italian renewable energy sector.
  • Execution Oversight: Manage and supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
  • Contractor Coordination: Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors, fostering effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain strict quality control measures throughout the construction process.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in the renewable energy sector, with a focus on C&I solar projects.
  • Familiarity with the Italian regulatory environment for renewable energy projects.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in English and Italian.
