  • Approve the Project Execution Plan (PEP) and subsidiary coordination procedures, ensuring effective implementation and supporting project and corporate quality audits.
  • Provide leadership for technical reviews such as HAZOP, HAZID, value engineering, design integrity, and 3D model reviews, supported by the Project Engineering Manager, Project Engineers, and Lead Discipline Engineers.
  • Accountable for the entire project budget and contract, coordinating all activities for successful initiation, execution, and close-out within schedule and contractual requirements. Oversee coordination between clients, engineering, subcontractors, and other external or internal agencies.

  • Administer the change management process, agreeing and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Responsible for all management, commercial, and technical decisions relating to the project. Consult with the Project Sponsor or Project Director on major issues and implement recommendations for resolution.
  • Supervise the entire project team of up to 10-15 personnel, including project personnel, engineers, designers, project services, and all third-party contractors.
  • Allocate the majority of time to supervision, planning, coordination, attending meetings, critical approvals, and maintaining contacts.
