Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers to deliver high-quality and visually appealing web applications.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design concepts into responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Architect and implement scalable and maintainable front-end solutions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to guide technical decision-making.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure code quality standards are met.
• Work closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.
• Drive innovation in front-end development processes and contribute to the evolution of our technology stack.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a lead/front-end developer with a strong portfolio showcasing leadership and relevant projects.
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with proficiency in modern frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
• Experience with responsive design techniques and familiarity with design systems.
