Automation Engineer – Australia – 12 months contract

Location:               Sydney / Melbourne

Contract:               12 months contract likely to be extended

Start Date:               ASAP

Working Week:               3 days in office 2 days WFH - 40-50 hours/week

Role:   Manage automation team on 2/3 different scopes at one time.

Roles and responsibilities

As an automation engineer you will be supporting the development of different functions. Manage 2/3 different scopes at a time. Design Automation platform. Integrate automation into process. Design and implement SKIDs. Work with specification and automation companies.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience with Rockwell or Siemens software
• 5 years of experience as an automation engineer
• Have a good understanding of process
• 5 Years of experience in the Food and Beverage sector
• Experience leading a team
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
