Senior Mechanical Designer / Engineer

Responsibilities / competence

• Operate Plant 3d – AutoCAD (Autodesk) at an advanced level.
• Read and understand all specifications and apply them into the design.
• Guide a team of designers.
• Making of a concept translation of P&ID into a design on which the designers can follow.
• Design, specify, and analyse complicated installations or parts thereof.
• Check the work of the designers, taking responsibility for (a part of) the design of the project.
• Communicate with the lead engineer / project manager on progress of the design.

What do we ask of you?

• You have completed education at HBO (higher professional) level in Mechanical Engineering or similar by experience.
• Advance experience working with AutoCAD, Plant 3D, experience in working with Revit or Inventor is a plus.
