The Role

Direct a team of Creative Design Architects to prepare and present exceptional pre concept designs, concept designs for various high end / luxury building projects in UAE / GCC area.

You will be required to complete Production of unique architectural Pre-concept Design & Concept Design.

Candidate Requirements

• Experienced with large scale commercial and residential projects, ideally high rises
• Experience in the middle east preferred
• Experience as a Lead Architect
• Highly Experienced in concept design and pre-concept design
• Strong understanding of project design philosophy
• Creative Thinker
• Degree in Architecture (Essential)
• Chartered Architect – RIBA or equivalent
• Experienced leading / managing large teams of architects
• Ability to meet clients and secure work during proposal phases
• Minimum of 15 years of experience
• Ideally experience gained working for top tier architectural design practices or engineering consultancies.
