• Design and implement drilling fluid programs that meet project objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct laboratory tests to analyze drilling fluids and recommend appropriate additives and treatments.
• Monitor drilling fluid properties in real-time to optimize performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with drilling and geology teams to ensure wellbore stability and minimize formation damage.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of drilling fluid activities.
• Provide technical support and guidance to drilling crews in the field.
• Participate in HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) initiatives to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Drilling Fluids Engineer within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of drilling fluid systems, additives, and treatments.
• Proficiency in laboratory testing and analysis of drilling fluids.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safety and environmental stewardship.
• Willingness to work in remote locations and on-site as needed.
