I have an exciting opportunity for a creative Strategic Service Designer to join a forward-thinking consultancy firm in Amsterdam. As a Service Designer, you'll have the opportunity to work with diverse clients, tackle complex challenges, and shape the future of service design.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Collaboration: Partner with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and customer needs.
- Design Thinking: Utilize human-centred design principles to identify opportunities for service improvement and innovation.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research, user interviews, and data analysis to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Concept Development: Ideate and create service design concepts, prototypes, and wireframes that address identified pain points and opportunities.
- Service Blueprinting: Develop comprehensive service blueprints that visualize the end-to-end customer journey and touchpoints.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including UX/UI designers, researchers, and business analysts, to bring designs to life.
- Testing and Iteration: Implement user testing and feedback loops to refine service designs and ensure continuous improvement.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Service Design, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in service design, human-centered design, or a related role.
- Proficiency in design thinking methodologies and tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Experience with design software and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD) is a plus.
