Senior Embedded Software Engineer is required for a global computer software company with a strong presence in more than 70 industries across Europe. My client’s framework is used by major global companies and developers worldwide, which enables their customers to create applications that run smoothly on many different platforms, from embedded and microcontroller environments to desktop and mobile.

Package Available: Salary: Up to €6,500 monthly DOE Office: Oulu, Finland Fluent in English is required.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• You are experienced with C++ and object-oriented programming

• Familiar with SW development for embedded HW

• Enjoy problem solving

• Focus on quality - keywords are continuous integration, testing and code reviews

• You are familiar with Qt Framework e.g. Qt/C++, QML, Qt modules and Qt Creator

• You have experience with embedded Linux, Yocto or U-Boot

• Can communicate effectively in English, both in writing and face-to-face

Beneficial Requirements:

• You have experience working on embedded software projects with or without an OS

• You know about software design and architecture

• You have experience with open-source communities and development
