Senior Process Controls Engineer

Location: Den Haag

Duration: 12-month renewable contract

Start Date: Flexible

For our client based in the Den Haag, we are recruiting for a Process Control Engineer, who will be

leading the process control team on a multi-office project and take responsibility to successfully

deliver a safe and sustainable design and to provide strong direction for the team. They will

understand the technical requirements of the project and direct others to apply this into the project.

The Process Control Engineer will be responsible for, (but not limited to) the following:

• Providing project technical assurance.

• Preparation of project scopes.

• Involvement within Design packages, FAT, and commissioning.

• Working with project managers, controls team. and engineers, to ensure effective running

of the project.

• Improving the execution of the project.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree within chemical engineering, or another degree equivalent.

• At least 10 years of experience within the chemical, petrochemical, or Green energy.

• 7 years with an engineering company

• Proven experience with preparation of process control and instrumented safeguarding

documents, e.g. process control and safeguarding narratives

• Proactive mindset, not afraid to interact with your colleagues.

• Based in the Netherlands, or willing to relocate.

• Software: Bluebeam, SIFPro

• English speaking but committed to learn Dutch language skills.
