Project Manager (Operation Resilience) is required for a European leader in cloud implementation, application development and managed services. You will be working for one of their financial services clients responsible to develop a deep end-to-end understanding of processes targeted for automation and outline the impacted processes.

Requirements:

• Support the integration of vulnerability identification activities within the Operational Resilience programme, assisting the pillar lead in ensuring that the interactions between individual workstreams are managed, and that a consolidated view of issues/vulnerabilities can be maintained as an input to remediation.

• Experience of delivering and embedding change directly into business functions and their teams, e.g., business process change, process improvement
• Managing change from idea to implementation, delivering to agreed scope, cost, quality, and timescale.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build relationships across wide reaching business teams.
• Collaborating with numerous Business Units and Teams to ensure our work you're doing meet their needs and embed efficiently into their ‘Business As Usual’ world.

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge of Operational Resilience, Critical Business Process, or Important Business Service.
• Experience of working in regulatory programmes.
• Recent experience of working in Lloyds Bank.
• Knowledge of running test & learn or proof of concepts from idea to implementation.
• Knowledge or experience of tooling eg ServiceNow, Fusion.
