QA Automation Lead is required for a fast-growing software scale-up company-based Amsterdam or Groningen. You will be responsible for the vision and strategy of QA, and you know how to transfer this to the other engineers within the team. Together with the CTO you ensure that you always get the best out of yourself and that you develop yourself at lightning speed. Requirements:

• You find quality and the right standards important.

• You love automation. Real programming is not necessary, but you understand the techniques of the web and are not afraid to make small adjustments in code. You're comfortable enough with TypeScript, DevOps pipelines, and Git.

• You have experience in training and coaching colleagues.

• You are constantly looking for ways to further develop yourself and your colleagues and know how to convert this into a short- and long-term strategy.

• Experience with Playwright is an advantage.

• Experience with DDD (Domain-Driven Design) is an advantage.
