Job Title: QA/QC Inspector (Contract)

Location: UK

Job Summary:

We are seeking a QA/QC Inspector with experience in Gas plants, Oil Refinery, or LNG plants on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all materials, equipment, and workmanship comply with project specifications and industry codes and standards. The ideal candidate should be experienced in brownfield Pre-Feed and Feed projects, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), and must be a UK resident.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct inspections of materials, equipment, and workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry codes and standards

Perform document control activities such as reviewing and approving quality-related documents, including inspection and test plans, procedures, and reports

Participate in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT)

Conduct audits of contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with project requirements

Assist in the resolution of quality-related issues, including the identification of root causes and the development of corrective actions

Participate in project risk assessments and provide input on mitigation measures

Provide technical guidance to project team members on quality-related matters

Ensure compliance with project schedule, budget, and quality requirements

Participate in the development of project execution plans and procedures

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

Minimum of 7 years of experience in QA/QC inspection in Gas plants, Oil Refinery, or LNG plants

Experience in brownfield Pre-Feed and Feed projects and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)

Familiarity with industry codes and specifications such as ASME, API, and ASTM

Experience in performing inspections and audits and reviewing quality-related documents

Knowledge of root cause analysis and corrective action development

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Must be a UK resident

Consultant
