MUDLOGGER

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Mudlogger in Saudi Arabia on a rotation basis.

Type of Contract- 1 year renewable, 8 weeks on and 4 weeks off.

The successful candidate will have the responsibility of accurately analysing and monitoring drilling activities, Whilst also performing accurate drilling recommendations to reduce risk and maximise performance.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the on-site supervisor
• Monitor and record drilling activity
• Collect data efficiently
• Ensure all procedures are followed correctly
• Communicate effectively with Drilling and Wellsite personnel
• Collaborate with Geologists and Drilling Engineers

Qualifications and requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Earth sciences or related field
• Minimum of 3 years logging experience
• Accurate analysing and problem solving skills
• Be able to effectively communicate
• Willingness to work in a remote location for a long period of time and under challenging conditions
• Be fluent in English
