Project Controls Manager
The Location: Malaysia
Duration: Permanent hire
Working Week: 45 Hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Scope of work
- Collating cost information from projects to establish a Schedule of Rates for benchmarking
- Managing Estimating Team and their functions to support Business Development
- Implementing WBS structure and work package breakdown for pricing of proposals for Clients
- Ensuring Company Project Controls procedures are complied with. Oversight on implementation of systems and procedures including reporting requirements on projects
- Rolling out and implementing all Project Controls software / systems on projects
- Overview on the setting up project budgets prior to buy-out for tracking commitments;
- Review budgets for DCM in MMS for project execution;
- Alignment with Project Team on all commercial and finance processes and procedures;
